This bespoke original drafting has been created for the benefit of ISBA and its members and a non-exclusive licence has been granted to the Association of Canadian Advertisers (“ACA”) and its members. Law firms and advisers representing ISBA and ACA members may use this drafting and amended versions thereof in contracts for those ISBA and ACA members but not for any other purpose. This information is being provided through the gracious consent of Robert Wegenek, a world-renowned lawyer and legal consultant who focuses on media trading, media agencies, advertising, brands and sponsorships. He has worked with several of the globe’s largest advertisers, media owners and media agencies across a breadth of important matters and has advised on over 500 agency / client contracts. He also worked with ISBA in the UK on their recommended form Media Services Framework v3.0 and the newly launched Supplement relating to use of Generative AI. He is advising the WFA on best practice for advertisers as regards the globalisation of the ISBA Media Services Framework.
