Hans Laroche, Principal Consultant in Relationship Marketing and Loyalty at adviso
With an impressive track record of over 30 years in relational marketing and communication, Hans Laroche has contributed to the relational strategies of numerous companies, including Vidéotron Business Solutions, Nespresso, Société des casinos du Québec, Fido, Belairdirect, Mastercard Canada, and Desjardins General Insurance. Hans has been teaching at the university level for 28 years. For over 15 years, he taught retail and relational marketing courses at HEC and UQAM. For the past 10 years, he has been teaching relational marketing in the master’s program in marketing communication at the University of Sherbrooke and in the marketing program at ESQ at UQAM. Hans holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Sherbrooke.
Simon Éthier, Associate, Consultant at adviso
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in graphic design (UQAM), a certificate in e-commerce (HEC Montréal), and having studied in the M.Sc. in e-commerce (HEC Montréal), Simon Éthier has been working at adviso since 2007.
Simon has orchestrated the strategic planning of over 150 website redesigns for several major clients, such as: DeSerres, Brault & Martineau, Groupe Deschênes, Ville de Saint-Lambert, Olymel, Les Grands Ballets Industriel Alliance, etc. Through these numerous mandates, he has developed sharp expertise in the following areas: the development and transformation of omnichannel business models, the management and continuous optimization of the online customer experience, the measurement and monetization of digital initiatives, the selection of e-commerce agencies and platforms, CMS and CXM, marketing personalization and automation (websites, email, digital marketing), business analysis in e-commerce and omnichannel, and, of course, large-scale website redesigns.
In addition to teaching strategy in the M.Sc. in e-commerce at HEC Montréal, he is a speaker on omnichannel strategy and user experience at various events, including Infopresse Days, eCOMMTL, WebCom, and many others. He is a regular trainer for Campus Infopresse and Technologia.
