The recent adoption of Bill 64 has introduced important changes to the legislation on the protection of personal information in the private sector in Quebec.

During this webinar, Julie M. Gauthier and Simon Du Perron from Borden Ladner Gervais, will present the main changes made to the Quebec Privacy Act and will address certain areas of uncertainty that raises new challenges for companies. In particular, the speakers will discuss the details of this legislative reform in the field of digital marketing and will propose a roadmap that takes into account the deadline for entry into force of these new requirements.
