Aatika Zulfiqar combines rigorous academic training with an approach focused on understanding human behavior in the workplace.
Prior to joining Léger, Aatika worked as a Behaviour Therapist, supporting individuals while contributing to reflections grounded in best practices related to employee well-being, engagement, and recognition in the workplace. She has also contributed to internal research initiatives focused on employee engagement and organizational practices. In her current role, Aatika leverages her skills in project management, data analysis, and results communication to support strategic quantitative and qualitative research mandates.

Jacob Jordan manages a wide range of consumer insights projects for clients across sectors such as retail, e-commerce, professional sports organizations, stewards, and member associations.
His research experience spans both qualitative and quantitative approaches, using a variety of methodologies to answer business questions and deliver actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
