What happens to trends when the world changes?

Every year since 2016, Nourish Food Marketing releases its Trends Report, anticipating and explaining the key, game-changing trends in food & beverage and agri-business. The Report provides actionable insights for readers, helping them maximize the profit potential of shifts and disruptions in the consumer landscape, and is a highly anticipated publication in the sector thanks to its consistent accuracy.

Then 2020 happened.

No one could have foreseen this trend of trends, the ultimate economic disruption. But, does that mean all the trends from the 2020 Nourish Trends Report have been hopelessly snarled? Jo-Ann McArthur helps untangle the knots and provides clarity and insights for the food industry in this new normal.
