Since the end of March, Corus Entertainment has been conducting a study designed to track Canadian consumer mindsets and how they are responding to the COVID-19 crisis. The study’s goal is to help to inform and support brand communications during and after the crisis. In this session Shauna Houlton, Director of Consumer Insights will be walking through the Wave 7 results which fielded in September. The data presented will not only track attitudes toward the crisis but will also provide a deeper look into consumer perceptions and purchases.
