Yann Guay, Vice President, Growth & Innovation, M&H
Yann joined the M&H team in 2013 after several successes as an entrepreneur. Since then, he has mainly worked on developing and diversifying the company’s service offering to adapt M&H to market trends, as well as creating and fostering relationships with major advertisers. He has helped M&H become one of Canada’s leaders in just-in-time creative production. As a result, the company now has a stronghold in the marketing ecosystems of BRP, L’Oréal Canada, National Bank, Unity, and many others.
As a result of these accomplishments, he was recognized in 2019 as one of Quebec’s 30 most promising young communicators. In his role at M&H, he is now overseeing the company’s vision of intelligent creative production. He has anchored this evolution around the technology, the processes in play, and the strength of the teams involved, all the while meeting the company’s growth objectives.
Sophie Brasiola, Head of Strategy and Office of Global Brands, BRP
Bilingual, strategic, agile, unifying, results-oriented, and passionate professional with over 17 years of experience in integrated marketing communication. Extensive experience in branding and positioning, advertising campaign management, content creation and strategy, as well as development of 360 Plans. Successful team management and leadership skills focused on human potential. Striving for continuous improvement, altruism, and work/life balance.
Between 2017 and 2019, Sophie was responsible for:
-developing the ecosystem of agencies: analysis of needs, pitches, contracts, integration and change management;
-establishing and building a culture of marketing rooted in best practices through training, specialized tools, and events;
-defining and implementing The MARCOM Process within the BRP marketing teams.
