May 6, 2020: The Association of Canadian Advertisers (ACA) is pleased to announce Moya Brown, Senior Vice President Marketing, Brand Strategy and Experience at IG Wealth Management has been elected the organization’s Chair of its Board of Directors. No stranger to ACA, Moya has been an integral member of the Board for five years and was one of the key architects behind its strategic relaunch in 2015.

“The ACA’s mission is to help members enhance the performance and return on investment of their marketing spend. This mission is especially critical in today’s extraordinary disorder and we are grateful that Moya has stepped up to help us navigate a relevant course forward”, says Lund.

“As the association’s new Chair, I look forward to working with the board and staff to ensure ACA continues to lead an industry that is in the grip of dramatic change. This leadership becomes even more vital as we ready for what will likely be a significantly different set of consumer behaviours, needs, and desired experiences ‘on the other side’”, says Brown.

At IG, Moya and her team lead the end-to-end brand and client experience strategy, design and delivery – from prospecting through to advocacy. This includes the company’s integrated advertising, events, field marketing and annual content across paid, owned, and earned channels.

A strong, collaborative leader, Moya has over 20 years of wide-ranging marketing and executive leadership experience across multiple business models – from billion-dollar brands to financial start-ups – both in Canada and the US.

Prior to joining IG, Moya was Vice President of Marketing for Campbell Company of Canada and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. During her 15-year tenure at Campbell’s, Moya held successively more senior positions across innovation, corporate strategy and brand management. She started her career with Procter & Gamble holding brand management roles in both Canada and the US. Her passion for strategic, consumer-driven marketing has generated multi-year business and brand growth in mature and new categories alike.

In 2016, Moya was nominated by Strategy Magazine as Marketer of the Year in recognition of her brand transformation work on Campbell’s soup, including the integrated “We All Soup” masterbrand campaign.
