Simon Gill headshot Simon Gill, MRM

Simon is a pioneering, award-winning creative leader, accomplished in experience, strategy, design, and digital transformation. He is recognized as a champion for the transformative power of digital and game-changing creative experiences. He has worked with a myriad of clients, across nearly every sector, applying creativity, data, and technology.

In 1995, Simon co-founded one of the UK’s first web agencies (SoftOptions) while completing his PhD in Multimedia at Brunel University. Before joining MRM in August 2021, he was a regular collaborator with Merkle (Dentsu CXM) to win large transformation projects and was also Executive Creative Director for Dentsu X UK, helping them transition their creative offering into Dentsu Creative.
