This webinar is a presentation of a consumer research piece (National, E&F) conducted Fall ’25 by Feldman Research Labs, and commissioned by CBS.
The study looks at how Canadians think about their finances, and the institutions that they deal with in this regard. In general terms, the study found that many of the predictable beliefs that Canadians hold often come with a surprisingly paradoxical belief system. The study concludes with a brief exploration of how these paradoxes are exploitable by FI’s in pursuit of growth.
