Le marketing et les technologies de l\u2019information (TI), deux disciplines compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rentes par leur nature et par les comp\u00e9tences qu\u2019elles exigent, peuvent contribuer \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de marques extraordinaires \u2013 si on peut cr\u00e9er une vraie synergie entre elles. Cet article montre comment les organisations d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui peuvent s\u2019adapter pour relever ce d\u00e9fi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>On trouve de nombreux textes \u00e0 l\u2019appui d\u2019une plus grande int\u00e9gration entre marketing et TI. Combiner les fonctions principales de recherche d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et d\u2019efficience d\u2019une entreprise, les TI, \u00e0 son entit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice de revenus, le marketing, peut entra\u00eener une croissance de son chiffre d\u2019affaires et de sa profitabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Voici sept \u00e9tapes fondamentales menant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration Marketing-TI :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>D\u00e9finir clairement et prioriser des objectifs communs au marketing et aux TI. <\/strong>La direction de l\u2019entreprise doit fixer des objectifs communs pour les TI et le marketing et y allouer les ressources et le financement n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Concevoir une structure organisationnelle soutenant des objectifs hybrides et interd\u00e9pendants. <\/strong>L\u2019\u00e9quipe des technologies marketing devra servir de pont entre marketing et TI. Quel que soit leur organigramme en termes de ressources humaines, cette \u00e9quipe doit fonctionner de mani\u00e8re int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et se rapporter aux chefs de services marketing et des TI.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Appuyer l\u2019\u00e9quipe des technologies marketing en cr\u00e9ant un comit\u00e9 de direction multifonctions. <\/strong>Un comit\u00e9 de direction dirig\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois par les chefs des services marketing et TI doit se r\u00e9unir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour mesurer les progr\u00e8s accomplis et r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes \u00e9ventuels.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>D\u00e9finir clairement le r\u00f4le et les responsabilit\u00e9s de chacun. <\/strong>Toutes les personnes concern\u00e9es doivent bien comprendre le r\u00f4le et les responsabilit\u00e9s qui leurs sont d\u00e9volus, notamment les charg\u00e9s de marketing de marque et de publicit\u00e9, les technologues marketing et autres.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Donner \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe des technologies marketing les moyens d\u2019innover et de travailler efficacement. <\/strong>Ceci veut dire disposer des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires et d\u2019avoir la responsabilit\u00e9:\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">De choisir les technologies et l\u2019architecture<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">De l\u2019optimisation et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue des processus<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">De la gestion de projets<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">De l\u2019encouragement \u00e0 l\u2019innovation<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">De la promotion du sens des affaires<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Faire participer le chef des technologies marketing \u00e0 la planification marketing. <\/strong>De la formulation des plans annuels, aux diverses activit\u00e9s, sa participation est importante pour \u00e9tablir des calendriers r\u00e9alistes et rassembler les \u00e9quipes n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>S\u2019assurer que l\u2019\u00e9quipe des technologies marketing transmette des plans et des indicateurs de performance clairement d\u00e9finis. <\/strong>Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de mesures d\u2019\u00e9conomies ou d\u2019initiatives g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des revenus, l\u2019\u00e9quipe doit formuler des projets susceptibles d\u2019atteindre les objectifs et d\u00e9finir comment en mesurer le succ\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les entreprises doivent cependant \u00e9viter certains pi\u00e8ges :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Gestion du changement. <\/strong>Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de changer la perception qu\u2019ont les TI du marketing, ou l\u2019inverse, ou encore d\u2019int\u00e9grer les TI dans la relation marketing\/publicit\u00e9, on ne peut ignorer la gestion du changement. Un plan formel appuy\u00e9 par la direction est n\u00e9cessaire pour faciliter la transition.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>D\u00e9lais de r\u00e9alisation.<\/strong> Les TI sont habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 des projets s\u2019\u00e9chelonnant sur des mois, alors que les gens de marketing pensent en termes de journ\u00e9es et de semaines. Pour combler cet \u00e9cart tout en pr\u00e9servant la rigueur n\u00e9cessaire aux projets TI, il est essentiel que les technologies marketing exploitent les m\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9veloppement agile (d\u00e9veloppement par it\u00e9ration et par \u00e9tape).<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Vitesse de r\u00e9action.<\/strong> Les TI d\u00e9veloppent habituellement un plan annuel et s\u2019y conforment. Pour tenir compte de la volatilit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s et du comportement des consommateurs, le plan de technologie marketing doit faire preuve de souplesse.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Retards technologiques. <\/strong>Le service des technologies marketing doit nommer un \u00ab architecte \u00bb dont la mission est de rester \u00e0 la fine pointe de la technologie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Avec la pr\u00e9valence actuelle d\u2019Internet, le concept d\u2019une collaboration entre TI et marketing n\u2019est plus une vision d\u2019avenir, mais du pr\u00e9sent.
