Elle s\u2019en est servie pour identifier certaines occasions d\u2019affaires dont les d\u00e9taillants peuvent profiter. Faits saillants :<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Nouvelles habitudes d\u2019achat<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>L\u2019achat en ligne gagne du terrain, a affirm\u00e9 Mme Houlton, en expliquant que la moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants du sondage ont dit acheter plus en ligne que l\u2019an dernier. Elle a aussi soulign\u00e9 que ces acheteurs avaient tendance \u00e0 rechercher les aubaines.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La plupart des consommateurs pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent effectuer leurs achats en magasin \u00bb, a-t-elle poursuivi. \u00ab Pourquoi alors voyons-nous les achats en ligne augmenter? Tout simplement parce qu\u2019au Canada, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 et renforc\u00e9 une mentalit\u00e9 de chasseur d\u2019aubaines chez les consommateurs. L\u00e0 est le d\u00e9fi. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Au chapitre des habitudes d\u2019achat, l\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>La derni\u00e8re p\u00e9riode des f\u00eates a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cisive pour les achats en ligne<\/li>\n<li>50 % des r\u00e9pondants affirment moins fr\u00e9quenter les centres commerciaux<\/li>\n<li>Les deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9clencheurs pour les achats en ligne sont \u00ab magasiner de la maison \u00bb et \u00ab \u00e9viter la cohue \u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tendances sociales<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Selon Mme Houlton, deux forces s\u2019allient en faveur des achats en ligne. Nous manquons de temps dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 actuelle, et nous devenons de plus en plus isol\u00e9s en raison du choix grandissant de divertissements accessibles de la maison. Le tiers des r\u00e9pondants ont dit passer plus de temps chez eux cette ann\u00e9e, comparativement \u00e0 l\u2019an dernier.
