Il examine les <strong><em>initiatives strat\u00e9giques<\/em><\/strong>, la <strong><em>structure<\/em><\/strong> et les <strong><em>budgets<\/em><\/strong> des entreprises canadiennes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de leur culture d\u2019innovation marketing.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le questionnaire de l\u2019enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.forrester.com\/Bert-DuMars\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bert DuMars<\/a><\/strong>, vice-pr\u00e9sident et analyste principal de la firme Forrester Research. Ce dernier consid\u00e8re que les entreprises doivent favoriser l\u2019instauration d\u2019une culture marketing innovante pour se donner ou maintenir un avantage concurrentiel dans un monde nouveau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le sondage r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les entreprises canadiennes ne sont pas pass\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019action. <\/strong>Dans l\u2019ensemble, elle consid\u00e8rent des initiatives strat\u00e9giques en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation, mais ne les appuient pas dans leurs structures et dans leurs budgets.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques faits marquants du rapport :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Les entreprises canadiennes ont donn\u00e9 des notes plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e0 leur strat\u00e9gie d\u2019innovation, mais leurs structures organisationnelles et leurs allocations budg\u00e9taires ne viennent pas l\u2019appuyer.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Lorsqu\u2019on leur a demand\u00e9 de situer la culture de leur entreprise sur une \u00e9chelle, la grande majorit\u00e9 des annonceurs canadiens l\u2019ont class\u00e9 dans deux cat\u00e9gories m\u00e9dianes. Ceci montre qu\u2019il y a encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire avant que nos entreprises n\u2019optimisent leurs strat\u00e9gies et deviennent v\u00e9ritablement centr\u00e9es sur le client.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Du point de vue de la strat\u00e9gie, les annonceurs se montrent ouverts aux nouvelles id\u00e9es et pr\u00eats \u00e0 se fixer des objectifs \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, mais en m\u00eame temps les processus pour y arriver sont moins bien d\u00e9finis.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Du point de vue organisationnel, les annonceurs canadiens encouragent la participation \u00e0 des projets pilotes, mais sont plut\u00f4t h\u00e9sitants \u00e0 consacrer des ressources ou \u00e0 modifier les structures de leurs entreprises pour int\u00e9grer ces efforts dans leur organisation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">De plus, les entreprises canadiennes n\u2019allouent pas de budgets \u00e0 l\u2019innovation et ainsi risquent de rater des occasions d\u2019\u00e9tablir des avantages concurrentiels.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Par rapport \u00e0 un sondage similaire effectu\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis, les annonceurs canadiens consid\u00e8rent avoir instaur\u00e9 une culture d\u2019innovation \u00e0 un degr\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 leurs confr\u00e8res am\u00e9ricains et ce, autant pour leurs strat\u00e9gies, les structures de leurs organisations et leurs engagements budg\u00e9taires.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Lire <strong><a title=\"Explorer le pouvoir de transformation de l\u2019innovation marketing\" href=\"http:\/\/www.acaweb.ca\/fr\/2013\/explorer-le-pouvoir-de-transformation-de-linnovation-marketing\/\">l\u2019article sur l\u2019innovation<\/a><\/strong> de Bert DuMars<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">\u00c0 propos de Points de vue Marketing<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">L\u2019ACA sollicite l\u2019opinion de cadres sup\u00e9rieurs en marketing afin de mieux comprendre la dynami\u00acque du march\u00e9 canadien. Les sondages du panel des annonceurs de l\u2019ACA visent \u00e0 recueillir et \u00e0 partager ce qu\u2019ils pensent, pr\u00e9voient et vivent dans leurs organisations et dans leurs relations avec leurs fournisseurs, partenaires et clients.
