Aujourd\u2019hui, les marques doivent \u00eatre plus pr\u00e9sentes dans les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, mais cela est plus facile \u00e0 dire qu\u2019\u00e0 faire. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Au cours d\u2019un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acaweb.ca\/fr\/webinars\/\">webinaire de l\u2019ACA<\/a> qu\u2019il animait r\u00e9cemment, ce dernier a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis et occasions pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Il a ensuite pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de meilleures pratiques, d\u2019informations et d\u2019astuces que les participants pourraient utiliser pour am\u00e9liorer leur strat\u00e9gie. Quelques faits saillants de la discussion :<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gare aux robots :<\/strong> selon lui, 61 % des internautes ne sont pas humains. Il s\u2019agit de robots ou \u00ab d\u2019araign\u00e9es \u00bb informatiques qui acc\u00e8dent aux sites des marques. Dans Facebook, ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne touche seulement 8,7 % des utilisateurs.<br \/>\n\u00ab D\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, lorsqu\u2019ils aiment, commentent ou partagent un message, les utilisateurs sont humains \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise M. McGarry. \u00ab Voil\u00e0 pourquoi, il est tr\u00e8s important pour les marques d\u2019avoir une pr\u00e9sence forte dans les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. \u00bb<\/li>\n<li><strong>Il existe essentiellement deux strat\u00e9gies pour assurer cette pr\u00e9sence.<\/strong> Celles-ci n\u2019ont pas chang\u00e9 depuis l\u2019av\u00e8nement des r\u00e9seaux sociaux : notori\u00e9t\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sence triple (r\u00e9seaux sociaux, locale et mobilit\u00e9).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Penser Facebook d\u2019abord, mais pas seulement Facebook.<\/strong> Selon les donn\u00e9es fournies par le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pewinternet.org\/2016\/11\/11\/social-media-update-2016\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pew Research Center<\/a> des \u00c9tats-Unis, Facebook reste le r\u00e9seau social le plus populaire. On doit cependant noter que l\u2019utilisation de Pinterest atteint maintenant 31 %. M. McGarry encourage donc les clients \u00e0 diversifier leur pr\u00e9sence, parce que mettre tous ses \u0153ufs dans le m\u00eame panier laisse la marque vuln\u00e9rable en cas de changement des algorithmes du r\u00e9seau.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Soyez actif sur Facebook.<\/strong> Selon M.
