Cette mod\u00e9lisation devient encore plus utile si l\u2019on b\u00e2tit une grille d\u2019\u00e9valuation autour d\u2019elle afin de montrer o\u00f9 un programme donn\u00e9 remporte le plus de succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Nous reviendront sur le sujet un peu plus loin. Demandons-nous d\u2019abord pourquoi effectuer un suivi? J\u2019ai eu le bonheur de participer r\u00e9cemment \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mission \u00ab The Current \u00bb \u00e0 la radio de la CBC pour discuter de la protection des renseignements personnels et du litige Apple-FBI avec un professeur de l\u2019universit\u00e9 Queen\u2019s. \u00c0 un moment donn\u00e9, le sujet de la cueillette de l\u2019information et du suivi des comportements \u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 soulev\u00e9. La quantit\u00e9 d\u2019informations et de donn\u00e9es que nous (les annonceurs) recueillons \u00e0 notre sujet (en tant que consommateurs et clients) est \u00e9norme et grossit de jour en jour. Pourquoi les sp\u00e9cialistes marketing recueillent-ils tout cela? Pour mieux comprendre les comportements et devenir meilleurs&#8230; en marketing. Apr\u00e8s tout, il s\u2019agit somme toutes d\u2019une \u00e9tude de la psychologie humaine. Suivi et \u00e9valuation sont des fa\u00e7ons de mieux comprendre et de s\u2019am\u00e9liorer.<\/p>\n<p>La multiplication des m\u00e9dias num\u00e9riques facilite l\u2019\u00e9valuation (la collecte des donn\u00e9es) et la rend plus complexe (comment donner un sens \u00e0 toutes ces informations). \u00c0 ce jour, le suivi des comportements num\u00e9riques a \u00e9t\u00e9, dans une grande mesure, \u00e9tonnamment Zen. Nous consid\u00e9rons des masses de donn\u00e9es, mais \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle, nous ne pouvons pas les ins\u00e9rer dans une grille permettant d\u2019en tirer une histoire.<\/p>\n<p>Or, cette histoire en est une d\u2019adh\u00e9sion. Dans un monde o\u00f9 le cheminement vers l\u2019achat des consommateurs est de plus en plus chaotique, il n\u2019y a r\u00e9ellement qu\u2019un seul crit\u00e8re pouvant s\u2019appliquer universellement \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode avant l\u2019achat : l\u2019adh\u00e9sion.<\/p>\n<p>On rit beaucoup des \u00ab J\u2019aime \u00bb et des \u00ab Abonnements \u00bb en tant que crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9valuation, \u00e0 tort. Les \u00ab J\u2019aime \u00bb d\u00e9notent l\u2019adh\u00e9sion, bien qu\u2019\u00e0 son degr\u00e9 le plus bas dans le cheminement du consommateur. Un \u00ab abonnement \u00bb est plus facile \u00e0 comprendre : il \u00e9tablit un lien et indique, de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s sommaire, la confiance.<\/p>\n<p>Nous devrions commencer \u00e0 suivre le comportement des consommateurs avant, ou peut-\u00eatre \u00ab \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur \u00bb de l\u2019achat. Pensons au cheminement d\u2019un acheteur avec une entreprise ou une marque \u2013 la majeure partie du parcours n\u2019est pas l\u2019achat! C\u2019est plut\u00f4t l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019une confiance et la consolidation de la marque. Ces deux chemins sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s, mais li\u00e9s et le consommateur les emprunte simultan\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p>Ces deux parcours achat\/ext\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l\u2019achat \u2013 \u00e0 la fois s\u00e9par\u00e9s et compl\u00e8tement li\u00e9s \u2013 se fondent dans un cheminement impliquant des niveaux de plus en plus profonds d\u2019adh\u00e9sion, de valeur et de confiance. Il y a une progression de l\u2019adh\u00e9sion dans les r\u00e9seaux sociaux \u00e0 un courriel d\u2019abonnement. Il y un autre cheminement qui part du courriel d\u2019abonnement \u00e0 la participation dans un regroupement de consommateurs. En bout de ligne, les abonn\u00e9s de courriels et les membres de ces regroupements ont plus de chances de devenir des acheteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Si on revient au graphique sur les quartiers du contenu social, on peut le voir en trois dimensions, ses divers niveaux correspondant \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s divers d\u2019adh\u00e9sion. Le contenu est central et g\u00e9n\u00e8re toute la valeur. Les appels \u00e0 l\u2019action qu\u2019il comporte engendrent l\u2019activit\u00e9 : le premier niveau est constitu\u00e9 du contenu + l\u2019interaction sociale; le deuxi\u00e8me, comprend le courriel et le niveau sup\u00e9rieur implique la participation communautaire, l\u2019interactivit\u00e9 et la co-cr\u00e9ation de contenu.
