La cr\u00e9ation du plus grand groupe d\u2019agences publicitaires du monde signifie notamment que plusieurs marques concurrentes risquent de se voir desservies par la m\u00eame organisation. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bien que ce regroupement puisse entra\u00eener des \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9chelles int\u00e9ressantes et une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des plateformes num\u00e9riques complexes, l\u2019ACA craint que cette concentration s\u2019av\u00e8re n\u00e9faste pour le march\u00e9.  Omnicom est en effet d\u00e9j\u00e0 propri\u00e9taire de BBDO, TBWA, DDB, OMD et PHD, alors que Publicis d\u00e9tient Leo Burnett, Saatchi &#038; Saatchi, Digitas, Razorfish et Starcom Mediavest. <\/p>\n<p>On estime qu\u2019au Canada, la part de march\u00e9 combin\u00e9e de la nouvelle entit\u00e9 pourrait atteindre 43 % des revenus publicitaires. Or, en r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, toute fusion pouvant engendrer une part de march\u00e9 de plus de 40 % doit \u00eatre soumis au Bureau de la concurrence. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ACA  fait depuis longtemps la promotion de la concurrence et de la transparence dans le monde de la publicit\u00e9. Nous continuerons de faire valoir ce point de vue aupr\u00e8s du Bureau de la concurrence qui \u00e9tudie actuellement la question.
