C\u2019est du moins ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le un sondage effectu\u00e9 en septembre dernier par l\u2019Association canadienne des annonceurs (ACA). Ses r\u00e9sultats, publi\u00e9s dans la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition de Points de vue marketing, indiquent en effet que l\u2019indice de pr\u00e9occupation des annonceurs relativement aux fraudes Internet et \u00e0 la diffusion inappropri\u00e9e de leurs annonceurs n\u2019atteignait que 5,9 sur un total possible de 10.<\/p>\n<p>Cette conclusion fait suite \u00e0 la consultation effectu\u00e9e du 15 septembre au 1er octobre aupr\u00e8s de 47 cadres sup\u00e9rieurs en marketing canadiens issus de l\u2019ensemble des secteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et responsables de budgets de communications marketing vari\u00e9s. Les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s sur la situation, sur leurs perceptions et sur leurs priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de leurs budgets de publicit\u00e9 Web. On leur a aussi demand\u00e9 quelles mesures ils prenaient pour valider les donn\u00e9es de diffusion et pr\u00e9venir les fraudes.<\/p>\n<p>Leurs r\u00e9ponses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 assez surprenantes : lorsqu\u2019on a voulu savoir, par exemple, si leurs annonces avaient fait l\u2019objet de faux clics ou si elles avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 diffus\u00e9es contrairement aux directives m\u00e9dias de leurs campagnes, 30 % disent l\u2019ignorer.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne n\u2019inqui\u00e8te pas outre mesure les annonceurs canadiens. Par cons\u00e9quent, peu d\u2019entre eux ont adopt\u00e9 des moyens concrets pour valider les donn\u00e9es de diffusions de leurs campagnes ou pour se prot\u00e9ger contre les fraudes \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Paul H\u00e9tu, vice-pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019ACA. Le sondage montre par exemple que le tiers des r\u00e9pondants ont parfois recours \u00e0 un service d\u2019audit et que seulement 21 % d\u2019entre eux ont dress\u00e9 une liste de sites frauduleux ou suspects.<\/p>\n<p>Les membres de l\u2019ACA et les participants peuvent acc\u00e9der gratuitement aux r\u00e9sultats du sondage.
