ACA proposes solutions that can be adopted either locally or globally through our contributions to the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) and the Media Rating Council (MRC).<\/p>\n<p>Previous to joining RBC, Armin was the Chief Digital Officer at Mindshare for 6 years.<\/p>\n<p>ACA thanks David Allard, formerly the VP of Integrated Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company, now the CMO at Samsung, for his support as the previous Chair.
