The publication covers the entire search process from beginning to end, including how marketers can determine whether they need to start an agency search in the first place.<\/p>\n<p>Commissioned by ACA, the book was written by agency search consultant Stephan Argent, Principle &amp; CEO of The Argedia Group. Argent and Vice-President, Member Services at ACA, Susan Charles, sought to address the complexities that a modern-day agency search entails. In today\u2019s marketing landscape MarCom needs are very specialized and constantly evolving. With that comes a complex matrix of agency relationships.
