Together with industry leaders, Ad Standards’ Influencer Marketing Committee has developed Influencer Disclosure Guidelines to encourage effective and responsible influencer marketing disclosure practices by the ad industry. Consistent and effective disclosure will help ensure that consumers are always made aware of material connections between influencers and brands. Join committee Chair Richard Wong, VP Marketing, #paid, and Jani Yates, President and CEO, Ad Standards, to learn more about these new guidelines.

The guidelines will be available for download on the Resources section of the ACA website mid-June.
