Judy is responsible for leading government and industry media-related issues for the ACA, as well as contributing to ACA’s membership consulting services.

Prior to joining ACA, Judy worked for almost three years at ZenithOptimedia as EVP Activation, where she oversaw a team responsible for purchasing hundreds of millions of dollars of broadcast and digital media across a broad and diverse group of clients.

Judy was also VP Marketing Assets at Molson Coors Canada, with responsibilities for communications planning, managing an Internal Events and Promotions Division and Sports and Entertainment rights negotiations and activations. She also handled agency contract negotiation and management, licensing, merchandise, sampling, and oversaw their internal production and creative studio.

Judy is head of ACA’s Cross Media Measurement Media Committee and presently sits on the board of the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada and serves on the Media Rating Council’s Executive Committee as International Committee Chair.

Jennifer Holgate

Director, Cross Media Measurement

Jennifer oversees the implementation of a standardized approach to unified cross media measurement in Canada. Her depth and breadth of experience across the Canadian media, marketing and agency landscape make her ideally suited for this role.

Her past positions include Vice President, Marketing Communications at Walmart Media Group, Vice President Product Innovation at Rogers Media, SVP Digital & Integration at Starcom MediaVest Group and Vice President Digital & Broadcast at CanWest Media.

Jennifer is a strong supporter of the industry and of leadership and learning initiatives. She stays active in the media and marketing community through participation in numerous committees and boards, industry speaking engagements and judging. She is also currently teaching content strategy at Humber College.

Patrick Hotte

Patrick joined the ACA in 2017 after twenty years of integrated marketing experience in the agency world. A proven leader in building teams with an award-winning reputation, he has in-depth knowledge of the pressures facing marketers.

Patrick is a key figure in representing brand marketers within Quebec’s marketing industry and to government, advocating on behalf of their best interests on issues such as contract negotiations, privacy legislation, industry innovation and change.

With Patrick’s extensive experience in the agency world and a keen understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing brand marketers, he provides expertise and best practice knowledge to optimize agency relationships, negotiations, search and marketing organization changes.

Prior to ACA, Patrick worked at various agencies focusing on both national markets and regional markets across the country, rising up the ranks to Senior Vice President, Brand Strategies and Integration. He has provided senior leadership and management to support national brands in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, retail, CPG, food and beverages, alcohol, QSR, broadcast and tech. He oversaw the planning, organizing, staffing and management of all marketing, social and digital initiatives.

A proud bilingual Franco-Ontarian, Patrick lived and worked in both Montreal and Toronto for a little over a decade each and now calls Montreal his home again.

Davina Wong

Davina is a bilingual marketing specialist with more than a decade of experience working within the Association World.
As the Director, Membership, Davina plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships and driving the growth of ACA’s membership base.

Davina also manages ACA’s comprehensive suite of professional development and event offerings in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. Continually fine-tuning these programs, she ensures that association members receive top-notch training and experiences that are both relevant and of the highest quality.

Prior to her leadership position at ACA, Davina amassed diverse experience across various industries and fields. Notably, she held positions at esteemed organizations such as Carat China International, RBC Financial Group, Phonak Canada, and Lycée César Baggio in Lille, France.

Combining her wealth of experience and linguistic abilities, Davina remains a pivotal asset to the ACA, contributing significantly to the growth and development of the marketing landscape in Canada.

Florence Diet

Marketing Communications Specialist

Florence is the newest addition to the ACA. She is a bilingual marketing and communications specialist with over 5 years of experience.
Prior to her position at ACA, Florence amassed diverse experience across various industries and fields. Notably, she held positions at organizations such as COMECA Group, KAWNEER France, Nova Technologies (SunTseu Group).

Florence graduated in 2014 with a master’s degree in business administration from SKEMA Business School, France

Capucine joined the ACA team as the Bilingual Membership Coordinator, overseeing its member relations and renewals. She also assists in coordinating logistics for training and events.

Capucine recently graduated with a master’s degree in International Marketing and Business Development from the EM Normandie Business School, France.
